The concept is simple but effective; the service has been designed with smaller companies in mind. As most companies require similar sorts of applications these days it follows that they will need similar service levels. Most small companies seem to manage on the tireless work of an enthusiastic amateur, usually the company accountant, who has managed very well so far, but is rapidly spending more time being an IT manager at the cost of their core activities.

 
Saving the best till last, there is no contract, yes that's right NO CONTRACT. If you don't rate our service then just cancel, no penalty, all we ask is that you let us know why. For a fixed monthly fee LAN UK will take care of all your IT management requirements. We will undertake all the mundane activities that need to be done, but in reality so often get forgotten.

 

Monthly visit - an engineer on site every month.

Backup check - backups run every day, but who checks that they are really working?

Network check - is your network getting slower? who makes sure it isn't?

User administration - adds and removes users as your staff change.

Error check - check the server for any signs of impending doom! planned maintenance is far less painful than an

emergency repair!

Advice - security, products, infrastructure, get the most out of your IT systems.

Telephone support - get the answers you need from our trained engineers.

Dial up support - if you require assistance but not a site visit, many task's can be done remotely.

 

Monthly fee is fixed initially on amount of users, charges are reviewed annually.

A Flexible service allowing for faults to be cured over the telephone network. Instead of having your engineer drive to your site you can save time and money by allowing our engineers to remotely diagnose and fix many common faults. Faults that cannot be cured via this method however may still require an on site visit to enable software and hardware upgrades.
